Open roles
NO VACANCIES ARE LISTED YET. This page is built and ready; the live roles will be published here once Bellus supplies them.
If nothing is listed, it does not mean we are not interested. Care recruitment moves quickly, and we would rather hear from a good candidate before a role opens than miss them because the timing was wrong.
Email CAREERS EMAIL with the area you can cover, the hours you are looking for and anything relevant about your experience. We will tell you honestly whether something is likely to come up.
The kinds of jobs that come up
Support Worker
Supporting people in supported living or their own home. Days, evenings, weekends, waking nights and sleep-ins.
Senior Support Worker
Shift leadership, medication oversight and supporting less experienced colleagues.
Live-in Carer
Living in someone’s home for an agreed rota. One-to-one, and the most consistent form of support we offer.
Service / Support Manager
Day-to-day leadership of a service, supervision of the team and liaison with families and commissioners.
Bank and relief staff
Flexible cover across services. A good way in if you are not ready to commit to fixed hours.

Questions about applying
1There is nothing listed. Should I still get in touch?
Yes. Send us your details and what you are looking for — roles open at short notice.
2Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes, just say so.
3Do you accept speculative applications?
Yes. Email CAREERS EMAIL.
4Will you tell me if I am unsuccessful?
Yes. Being left hanging is the most common complaint about care recruitment and it is easy to avoid.
5Do you sponsor visas?
CONFIRM SPONSORSHIP POSITION.
Nothing quite right today?
Send us your details anyway. We would rather know you are out there before the role opens than advertise into the void.
