Supported Living
Our homes and current availability
Where we have space, who it would suit, and what a commissioner needs to know before picking up the phone. Published as data, not as prose — because a placement decision on Friday cannot wait for a brochure.

Current availability
NO SERVICES ARE LISTED YET. This page is built and ready; each service will be published here with its full commissioner data set once Bellus supplies it.
Until then, call the referrals line and ask. We will tell you what is genuinely available rather than what we would like to fill, and we will tell you if the answer is nothing.
When services are listed here, each entry will carry a last verified date. If that date looks stale, treat it as stale and ring us — availability information that is not dated is not information.
How we decide whether a vacancy fits
What we assess before offering a place
- Compatibility with the existing tenants — formally, not by feel
- Whether the environment suits the person’s sensory and access needs
- Whether the funded hours match the assessed level of risk
- Whether we can recruit and train the right team in time
- What the transition would need to look like
When we would say no to filling a void
- The mix would put an existing tenant at risk
- The building cannot be made right for the person
- The support hours funded would not be safe
- A better-matched provider exists and we would be the wrong answer
- The timescale would force a rushed transition
An empty room costs us money. A placement that breaks down costs the person far more, and costs the commissioner a second search. We would rather hold the void.
From enquiry to move-in
- 1
Ask about availability
Call the referrals line or email. Tell us the area, the person’s needs and your timescale.
- 2
Referral and review
Send what you have. Our clinical and operational teams review it. See the referral process in full.
- 3
Assessment and compatibility
A specialist assessment with the person, plus a formal compatibility assessment for the existing household.
- 4
Visit the service
You and the person are welcome to visit before any decision. So is their family and their advocate.
- 5
Proposal
Costings, support plan and a transition plan you can take to panel.
- 6
Transition
Familiarisation visits and person-specific staff training before move-in day, not after it.
Questions about availability
1Why is nothing listed?
Because we publish real availability or none at all. The service data is being confirmed. SERVICE AND AVAILABILITY DATA OUTSTANDING.
2Can I search by area or specialism?
Not yet. Filtering needs the underlying service records in place first; the first version of this page is a straight, dated list.
3Can the person visit before deciding?
Always, and more than once. A single viewing is not a basis for moving house.
4What if there is no vacancy now?
Tell us anyway. Knowing who is waiting shapes what we develop next, and voids come up.
5Do you develop new services with housing partners?
Yes — see our housing providers page.
Ask us what is actually free
Call the referrals line with the area, the person’s needs and your deadline. You will get a straight answer, including if the answer is that we have nothing.
