We own or are licensed to use everything on this site — text, design, logos and images. The Bellus Care & Support name and logo are our trade marks. CONFIRM trade mark registration status, and confirm the licence terms for any stock photography used

Where we link to other sites — the CQC, local authorities, charities — it is because we think they'll be useful. We don't control them and we're not responsible for their content.

Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee either. We may change or withdraw content at any time. Where a page contains information that changes — such as vacancy availability or prices — we date it, and you should check with us before relying on it.

Our liability

LIABILITY CLAUSE REQUIRED — must be drafted by a solicitor. It needs to be a fair limitation that does not attempt to exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and that complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 given that many site users are consumers.
